Wir sind gerne bereit, eine „Tipp-Provision“ Ihnen zukommen zu lassen! Nachfolgend haben wir Ihnen die wichtigsten Informationen zum Thema Tipp-Provision zusammengestellt.

Wenn Sie Informationen über eine zum Verkauf stehende Immobilie oder einen Verkäufer haben, würden wir Sie gerne für diesen Tipp bezahlen. Neben den Informationen des Tippgebers benötigen wir natürlich auch die Kontaktdaten des Verkäufers sowie Informationen über die Immobilie.

Als Tippgeber winken Ihnen im Erfolgsfall (nach Verkauf des Objektes) eine Tippgeberprovision von unserer Provision.

Welche Angaben wir von unseren Tippgebern benötigen

Wenn Sie von einer Immobilie wissen, die verkauft werden sollte, rufen Sie uns bitte an oder schicken Sie uns eine E-Mail, ein Fax oder benutzen Sie unser Contact form. Wir werden uns dann umgehend mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen.

*Wenn uns Ihr Objekt oder Ihre Immobilie nicht bekannt sind, bestätigen wir Ihnen Ihren Anspruch schriftlich.

Sie können als Tippgeber anonym bleiben

Wenn Sie ein Bekannter oder Freund des Eigentümers sind, können Sie auf Wunsch anonym bleiben. Außer dem Ehe- bzw. Lebenspartner darf der Eigentümer auch mit Ihnen verwandt sein. Es ist nicht notwendig, dass der Eigentümer Ihren Namen erfährt.

Tipp-Provisionen beinhalten 19 % MwSt. und werden sofort bei Abschluss aller Verträge und nach Eingang der Vermittlungscourtage ausgezahlt.

Berufliches Verhalten und Recht: Hinweise für alle, die einem Standesrecht unterliegen
