For the complex image post-processing, we use professional optimization software such as Lightroom and Photoshop. This enables us to process the photos quickly ourselves.
In addition, we use HDR (High Dynamic Range) and flambient techniques to create optimal lighting conditions and highlight details in areas with different lighting. HDR (High Dynamic Range) combines multiple shots with different exposures into a single image that shows all the details in both the bright and dark areas. If necessary, we combine both techniques in a single photo.
Flambient combines the use of multiple flashes to create natural ambient light and at the same time a well-lit photo. These techniques are much more complex to produce, but lead to results that are many times better.
We have received advanced training in these outdoor and indoor recording techniques. We also continuously pursue further training in this direction. We are convinced that property images make a decisive contribution to the sale or rental of a property. The wealth of information conveyed by an image remains primarily in the memory.
Only good photos create such a lasting impression on potential buyers. Prospective buyers can then view the property again and also study the details of a brochure. The cover photo is perceived first, then interested parties leaf through interior and exterior views (including on the internet).
Only after being appealed to by a compelling title photo do interested parties engage in a third step with details such as living and plot area, furnishings, location, and price. For this reason, we consider aesthetically pleasing interior views to be indispensable in real estate photography.
As you can see for yourself in the pictures shown here, we use innovative and professional photography techniques to present the interior and exterior views of the properties.
